Get Started

We offer a free 15-minute consultation** to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about what services we offer and what to expect, as well as to determine if the clinician feels like a good “fit” for you and your child.

If you would like more information, please fill in the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible to obtain additional information about your concerns and preferences, answer any questions you may have, and determine which clinician will best meet your needs. We will then guide you through the next steps (for example, arranging a brief consultation with your clinician, completing registration forms, etc.).

** If you are interested in the free 15-minute consultation please understand it is for informational purposes only, and does NOT establish a formal patient-clinician relationship. The clinician will not be able to render a diagnosis, formalize a specific treatment plan, or give advice regarding the child until a more formal care relationship has been established (informed consent agreement, thorough clinical interview, time spent interacting with your child, etc.).  If you would like to proceed with scheduling an intake visit with the clinician to establish care please complete the New Patient Forms. 

KCPA is a self-pay practice. We do not submit claims to insurance. We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance. You can find Fees & Billing information HERE
