Clinical Training & Community Outreach

We’re passionate about supporting the children, families, and professionals in our community—not just in the therapy room, but out in the spaces where connection and learning happen every day. Our clinicians love partnering with pediatric providers, schools, and local organizations to offer engaging trainings and meaningful conversations around anxiety, emotional wellness, and child development.

Behavior Management Skill Training for Pediatric Clinicians

This training is designed for professionals working with children, including staff at speech and language centers, occupational therapy clinics, daycare programs, and preschool settings.

Our goal is to provide practical, easy-to-implement strategies that help clinicians feel more confident managing behavior while strengthening their connection with the children they serve.

For program directors and practice owners, this training offers an opportunity to further support your staff with practical, skill-based strategies they can use right away.

Each training can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your team. Topics may include:

  • What is developmentally appropriate for sustained attention

  • Building rapport and strengthening relationships

  • Using effective consequences

  • Setting limits and implementing time-outs

  • Understanding dysregulation and de-escalation techniques

What participants are saying:

“This training was fantastic! It was thorough and helpful as both a clinician and a parent.”

“I appreciated breaking down and understanding the child’s feelings and emotions, and learning ways to better meet them at their level.”

Fees for staff training is customized based on the size, format, and length of the training. Contact us to discuss options and receive a quote.
