Below are the current groups offered. We are always happy to start a new group if we have enough interest and participants. Please let us know what you'd like to see.
Social Skills
K-2nd Grade
Tuesdays | 5PM | Bi-weekly
Fridays |4PM | Bi-weekly

45 minutes $75 per meeting
Open to new students (up to 8 participants)
Topics covered: Ignoring Distractions, Asking for Help, Taking Turns in Conversation, Getting Along with Others/Staying calm, Accepting Responsibility for Behaviors

Please note: This group is NOT specifically for Autism diagnosed children. We are happy to include a child with this diagnosis if they are verbal, non-aggressive, and attentive.

Any child who is not able to participate in an appropriate manner will be asked to leave the group and can return when they are calm and are able to follow direction.

Executive Functioning Skills
for Middle School
and High School
Meets Every-Other Monday at 5:30pm

This is a 5 part series
Session 1: Planning: Daily planners, homework planning, SMART Goals, Habits & Routines
Session 2: Organization: Checklists, School & Home
Session 3: Time Management: Meeting deadlines, prioritization, minimizing distractions
Session 4: Task Initiation: Procrastination, balancing work and rewards
Session 5: Flexibility: Coping with change, problem solving, handling frustration
Anxiety Skills Group
Ages 9-11
Meets Every Thursday at 4:30pm
*Starts 1/29/26

Participants 2 minimum, maximum 6
This is a 12 part series
Who is this good for?
9-11 year olds with mild to moderate anxiety. Severe levels of anxiety would need to attend individual therapy.
Requirements for Participation
Primary area of concern must be anxiety, without significant complicating factors.

Ability to remain seated and engaged for the full session.

Age-appropriate language and communication skills.

Consistent attendance strongly recommended.

Parent involvement is essential; homework is assigned to support skill practice at home.
Note: Anyone joining after Session 5 must complete two individual catch-up sessions.
