Join Dr. James Poysky and Alyssa Muchaw, LPC for an engaging webinar discussing how ADHD Coaching can support college students with ADHD, and help them succeed. Together, they’ll break down what executive functioning skills are, why they’re so critical in college, and how ADHD impacts organization, motivation, follow-through, and time-management. They will discuss how an ADHD Coach can teach specific techniques and strategies that students with ADHD can use to overcome or compensate for their executive functioning weaknesses, as well as provide them with ongoing support and accountability. With enough consistency and repetition over time, these techniques and strategies can turn into habits, which can be applied to other aspects of life.
